Membership Qualifications

Must be a resident of Los Angeles County (now accpeting Orange County)
Must be classified as a full-time, part-time,or on-call employee* (min requirements may apply)
Must employed at a hotel-owned concierge department with lobby-level desk and work on premises
Must primarily perform the functions of a concierge
Must have passed the probation period in the current concierge department
Must be at least 21 years of age
